As long as the font is entered, the slot can be automatically slotted. You can bend it by hand to any degree. 

The effect is very good, and it really achieves the effect of straight edges and right angles. Another way is to open it manually, draw the lines, and then use a ruler to measure it. Slot one by one. 

This method is more troublesome and time-consuming. They also have a set of equipment that can be used to make stainless steel.

Metal letter welding, metal connection, if you don't use the method of cutting teeth and folding the edges, you can only use welding. Welding is nothing more than spot welding and tin soldering. 

Spot welding makes it look slightly more beautiful, and tin soldering is also used. After tin soldering, it needs to be polished and electroplated so that the edges will look bright. Spot welding is relatively clean and neat. However, it is still a bit troublesome to master these welding techniques. Polishing and electroplating of metal letters, many advertising production factories have polishing machines, which are mainly used for metal grinding and polishing. 

After polishing, if the customer requires a very bright effect, electroplating is required.
